Deliver
At TWINOLO we do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. If you place your order on a working day before 12:00, your package will usually be delivered the next day, and in any case within 1-2 working days. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with a track & trace code so that you can track the delivery.

Returns
At TWINOLO you can return your order within 14 days after the shipping date.
Return options:
You return the package to our returns address at your own expense.
The purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 5 working days after receipt of the package.
Please note: We do not have a physical store for returns.
