  • Rest of Europe: Flat rate of €15.00. Delivery time 2–5 business days.

  • Track & Trace: You will receive a code by email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

  • Period: You have 14 days after receipt to register a return via info@twinolo.nl.

  • Conditions: Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging and with labels and proof of purchase.

  • Exceptions: Personalized items, care products, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

  • Costs: Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

  • Refund: Within 10 business days of receipt and inspection, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
